Our spacious open floor plan can seat up to 80 guests comfortably. Each table holds 10 chairs tight or 8 comfortably. The total space is approximately 1,500 square feet.
For décor packages (Oh Baby and above), setup and breakdown are included in your rental time. For the Basic and Just Linens packages, we recommend allowing time within your rental window for any personal setup needs.
Yes, LSC Event Space is fully ADA/ACA accessible with ample parking available on-site.
Yes! Additional hours can be purchased day-of at $160 per hour. After-hour events (11 PM–2 AM) are $200 per hour.
All packages include pricing for 50 guests. If your event has up to 80 guests, additional tables, linens, and settings are included at the 80-guest price. Need something in between? Contact us for a custom quote.
We host all types of celebrations — birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, weddings, graduations, anniversaries, corporate events, and more. If you have a reason to celebrate, our doors are open!
First, check if your preferred date is available on our live calendar. If it's open, schedule a free tour or consultation call. After the tour, you'll receive a custom proposal.
