What you need before the ceremony
Get the license
Both partners apply together in person at the Pasco County Clerk & Comptroller. West Pasco office: 8731 Citizens Drive, Suite 220, New Port Richey. Applications are accepted until 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
Mind the wait
Florida residents generally wait 3 days after getting the license — unless you complete an approved premarital course, which waives the wait and saves $25. Non-Florida residents have no waiting period.
Then say I do
Pasco County doesn't perform ceremonies — that's where we come in. Bring your valid license and photo IDs; our officiant performs the ceremony and files the paperwork for you.
